Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Marketplace Operations Manager to spearhead the growth of our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and drive sales revenue through effective product cataloging, content creation, and search engine optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans to drive sales and revenue growth on multiple e-commerce platforms.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay up-to-date with competition trends.
  • Oversee product cataloging, content creation, and search engine optimization for listings to enhance visibility.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders within designated marketplaces.
  • Optimize shipments and purchase orders to minimize stock-out time and costs.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, forecasting future performance with management and seniors.
  • Manage inventory during deficits effectively.
  • Collaborate with brand and creative teams for marketing activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in managing e-commerce sales, preferably with a degree in BTech, BCom, or MBA.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's or master's degree and be passionate about the beauty and personal care sector.
