  • Job Description
    • We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Researcher to spearhead the development of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. This role requires a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and software engineering.
  • Key Responsibilities
    • Innovate and implement novel AI research projects, focusing on large language models, prompt systems, and algorithm pipelines.
    • Develop and optimize LLM architecture, fine-tuning workflows, and generation control to improve performance, resource efficiency, and interpretability.
    • Design and implement experimental pipelines and prototypes to drive real product features, leading to high user adoption, improved reliability or performance.
    • Create frameworks to automate scientific cycles: data generation, metric computation, model comparison dashboards.
    • Enable internal teams to run reproducible experiments at scale.
  • Requirements
    • Masters or Ph.D. in CS, ML, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
    • Deep familiarity with LLMs, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, Python, PyTorch, JAX, Hugging Face, and deployed LLM APIs.
    • Strong software engineering intuition: modular design, CI/CD, containerization, automated testing.
    • Demonstrated track record in both research and production settings.
    • Bonus: Kubernetes, JAX compiler stacks, Hugging Face Accelerate, or MLOps toolchains experience.
  • What You'll Achieve
    • Prototypes demonstrating clear scientific advances (e.g., better evaluation metrics or prompt robustness).
    • Experimental pipelines and prototypes are production-ready within sprint cycles; clean codebases, smooth deployments, few bugs.
    • R&D code drives real product features - high user adoption, improved reliability or performance.
