Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and self-driven researchers with expertise in language model training for machine translation between languages.

  • Conduct state-of-the-art research and publish results in top AI conferences or journals.
  • Collaborate with an international team using English as the primary working language.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive cutting-edge research in neural machine translation (NMT) and/or large language models (LLMs).
  • Possess strong experimentation capability, including accountability, agility, problem-solving skills, etc.
  • Demonstrate passion for cutting-edge research.
  • Ensure effective communication in English.
Requirements
  • Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or Bachelor's degree with hands-on experience in Python programming for Language Processing.
