Job Description:">

Establish lucrative holding companies from your region with the support of licensed advisors. You'll collaborate closely with business owners, founders, professionals, and investors in your area to develop Singapore-based holding structures.

As a licensed advisor, you will be assisting clients in creating pre-incorporation sandbox businesses, structuring shareholders and directors, signing early letters of intent (LOIs) and preparing agreements, and formalizing their holding companies with comprehensive digital and advisory support.

Your responsibilities include introducing qualified stakeholders per month to explore Singaporean business structures, guiding leads into onboarding discussions or sandbox creation, following up with prospects, sharing proposals, and closing deals, attending regular training sessions and advisory town halls, providing one-on-one guidance to clients, growing your own book of business, and building a repeatable referral network.
