We are seeking a seasoned Technical Leader to spearhead the backend engineering team. With a deep understanding of Go, this individual will drive technical strategy and architecture for the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of skilled engineers working primarily in Go.
  • Develop and maintain best practices across the team, ensuring high-quality code and efficient systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that meet business needs.
  • Evaluate code quality, performance, and reliability through expert design, development, and deployment methods.
  • Manage sprints, prioritize tasks, and eliminate roadblocks for timely delivery.
  • Establish and uphold technical standards, fostering innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Mentor and coach team members, helping them grow professionally and technically.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Golang and its ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of system design, distributed systems, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience with microservices architecture, API design, and event-driven systems.
  • Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
