- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting ServiceNow SPM.
- Strong understanding of Project, Program & Portfolio management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to create effective training materials, videos/documents, and conduct engaging training sessions.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve user issues.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- An estimated salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum.
