We're seeking a seasoned Business Growth Expert to spearhead our influencer marketing efforts.

This high-impact role requires a skilled professional with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with brands.

About the Role

As a Business Development Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new business opportunities for our agency. You'll act as a liaison between our creator network and brands, ensuring both parties derive maximum value from strategic partnerships.

Main Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and pitch influencer marketing services to potential clients across various industries.
  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, brand managers, and marketing teams at established companies.
  • Analyze brand objectives and target audience demographics to recommend suitable creators from our network for impactful campaigns.
  • Develop and execute structured outreach strategies, including emails, calls, and other engagement tactics, to convert leads into clients.
  • Present tailored influencer marketing proposals that align with client goals and vision, leveraging a combination of creative thinking and data-driven insights.
Key Requirements
  • To excel in this role, you must have:
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development within the influencer marketing space.
  • A deep understanding of the industry and hands-on experience working with influencers and brands.
  • A proven track record of closing business for influencer marketing agencies.
  • A robust network of brand contacts that can help fast-track growth.
