Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of financial modules for our clients.

About the Role:

  • This position involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design functional solutions.
  • The successful candidate will configure financial modules based on client needs using industry best practices.
  • A strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials is required, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Subledger Accounting, and Fusion Tax.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Configuration:
    Configure financial modules based on client requirements using Oracle best practices.
    Lead or support the implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Fusion Tax.
  • Functional Consulting:
    Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
    Perform fit-gap analysis and design functional solutions.
    Prepare functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations.
  • Testing & Deployment:
    Develop and execute test scripts for CRP, SIT, and UAT phases.
    Support production cutover and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Data Migration & Integration:
    Define and oversee financial data migration strategies.
    Collaborate with technical teams for integrations using FBDI, Web Services, and OTBI.
  • Training & Documentation:
    Conduct user training and prepare user manuals.
    Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues.
  • Project Collaboration:
    Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams.
    Participate in design reviews and solution validation.
