Marketing is a driving force behind any successful business. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for leading marketing programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.

The role of a Marketing Executive involves direct assistance to the director, vendor and agency management, campaign execution, brand development, lead generation, PR management, performance reporting, collaboration and ideation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support for Director: Directly assist the director in delivering marketing programs that align with company and client goals.
  • Vendor & Agency Management: Be the main point of contact for all external partners like marketing, PR, and branding agencies.
  • Campaign Execution: Be heavily involved in the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Brand Development & Lead Generation: Work on initiatives that build the brand while also driving customer acquisition.
  • PR Management: Handle the company's public relations efforts, from media releases to speaker proposals and company announcements.
  • Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, draw insights, and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Collaboration & Ideation: Work closely with internal teams and external clients to brainstorm and implement successful campaigns.

In order to succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: Two or more years of hands-on experience in marketing, sales, or advertising is required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial, especially given the PR and client-facing aspects of the role.
  • Campaign & Promotion Development: Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns is a must.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Higher Education: A Master's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred, though not required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with current market trends and having established contacts in media and marketing would be beneficial.
