Seeking a visionary Graphic Designer to drive creative innovation across our organization.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design skills, with the ability to bring compelling visual solutions to life. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding, as well as proficiency in industry-standard software such as Figma and Adobe Suites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop captivating design concepts for 2D and 3D animated videos, leveraging digital sketching skills where possible.
  • Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to translate scripts into engaging storytelling.
  • Create innovative design concepts that meet video script requirements, ensuring effective visual representation.
  • Design compelling layouts and graphics within brand guidelines, effectively conveying ideas visually.
  • Develop original design concepts, creating copyrighted images that meet project needs.
  • Produce high-quality graphical images for social media, websites, and online marketing initiatives.
  • Apply expertise in creating informative Infographics.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure effective design solutions.
  • Translate user needs and business goals into meaningful design outcomes.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems and brand consistency.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (desired).
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer & Web Designer.
  • Sound understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet project deadlines.
  • Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Suites.
