Job Description

Our organization seeks a skilled professional to manage vendor partnerships, drive cost-efficient production, and maintain quality standards. This role involves analyzing production costs, developing sourcing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of garments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize production processes to minimize costs without compromising quality or brand integrity.
  • Manage sourcing budgets effectively, monitoring expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial targets.
  • Coordinate closely with vendors to ensure timely production, shipping, and delivery of garments while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient supply chain management.
  • Identify and address any quality issues or deviations throughout the production process, implementing corrective actions in conjunction with the internal QA team as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to foster long-term partnerships based on trust, transparency, and mutual benefit.
  • Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of experience managing contract manufacturing vendors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
  • Strong negotiation & partnership-building skills.
  • Solid project management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of garment production, quality standards & supply chain.
  • Leadership skills with team & cross-functional management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Strong teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and stay positive.
