Job Title: Mass Retail Distribution Head

Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our mass retail distribution strategy. The ideal candidate will possess 8-10 years of experience in Telecom/FMCG/Mass Retail Distribution industry, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive mass retail distribution strategy to drive revenue growth and market share.
  2. Collaborate with the Sales Head to set targets for the distribution channel and develop strategies to achieve them.
  3. Provide inputs to the overall circle sales strategy to drive profitability of the distribution channel.
  4. Identify development areas and recommend training programs/interventions for the distribution manpower.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 8-10 years of distribution experience in Telecom/FMCG/Mass Retail Distribution industry.
  • Multi-geography team leadership experience.
  • Ability to lead channels with large number of partners of varying sizes and complexity.
