Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the product roadmap and release schedule.">
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product quality and user experience.">

  • Be well-versed in policies and regulations related to digital technologies, privacy, and communication.">
  • Ensure compliance with Kenvue policies, procedures, and best practices.">
  • Protect Kenvue information assets by complying with local and global security policies.">

Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering.">
  • Have 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology/Healthcare/FMCG company.">
  • Possess a strong technical background with experience in software development processes.">
  • Excel in communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.">
  • Experience Agile development methodology and tools such as JIRA.">
  • Experience in healthcare and life science marketing technology products is essential.">

Technology Management:

  • ">
  • Maintain experience in digital technologies such as B2C/B2B/E-commerce websites, CMS, cloud DB, CRM, integration & other API services, web analytics, SEO, mobile apps development.">
  • Have experience in CMS tools viz Stackbit, Contentful, Figma, Adobe Experience Manager.">
  • Understand ETL tools, Data Lake, and dashboard visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI.">
  • Anticipate and avoid technical problems while quickly identifying root causes and implementing solutions/workarounds.">
  • Recognized as a technology expert within Kenvue and actively seeks best trends.">
  • Implement and support strategic architecture initiatives.">
  • Effectively use MS Teams, Point, Project, Jira, Visio, Power Point, Confluence, Mural for communication and managing resources.">
  • Understand tools and strategies required for web analytics such as Google analytics.">
  • Must have good Project Management skills managing multiple small/medium projects simultaneously.">
