Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

  About the Role: 

  • Our company seeks an experienced professional with advanced skills in data analysis and software asset management to join our team. We need someone who can execute high-quality day-to-day execution of data processing and analysis of software license entitlements and consumption.

  Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality professional services for data processing, analysis, and reporting on software license entitlements and consumption.
  2. Consult with experts regarding software license assessments.
  3. Perform analysis of software license entitlements, and consumption data using Excel and other data management tools.
  4. Present findings in a comprehensive and accurate manner based on usage evidence collected.
  5. Support project leads by performing software license usage analysis to ensure compliance with licenses and contractual terms.
  6. Assist in overall process administration and management functions.

  Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Have 12+ months of experience in software licensing, preferably in auditing or reviews.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Possess strong analytical, research, organizational, issue identification, prioritization, and resolution skills.
  • Exhibit responsible, proactive behavior, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Be adaptable in a dynamic team environment.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with software asset management, system management, and/or inventory tools.
  • IBM Licensing Badge Certification is highly valued.
