Sr. Financial Strategist

We seek an accomplished financial professional to spearhead our organization's financial operations, drive strategic planning, and ensure compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of financial management in capital-intensive industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations for project and corporate finance.
  • Oversee accounts payable/receivable, taxation, and statutory compliance across global operations.
  • Liaise with financial institutions and auditors for funding and audit processes.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls, SOPs, and risk management frameworks.
  • Monitor project costs and revenues; analyze variances and provide insights to project teams.
  • Ensure timely statutory filings and compliance with IFRS, local regulations, and corporate governance standards.
  • Support strategic financial planning, including mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures.
  • Develop financial models for pricing, investment appraisals, and bid evaluation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 10 years of experience in finance, preferably in EPC, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of project-based accounting, international taxation, and multi-currency operations.
  • Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP).
  • Familiarity with international contracts and export-import regulations is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
