Job Title: Senior US Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Senior Finance Manager to oversee end-to-end finance operations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of finance professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery and strong client satisfaction.
  2. Oversee daily finance operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Bank Reconciliation, Month-End/Quarter-End/Year-End Closures, and Financial Reporting.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, managing expectations, resolving escalations, and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes, implement best practices, and drive process improvement initiatives.
  5. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide training and mentorship to team members.
  6. Ensure process documentation is up-to-date and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed consistently.
  7. Analyze financial data and reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights to senior leadership and client stakeholders.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably with a professional certification like CPA.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of success in finance operations, team management, and client servicing.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
