Job Title: Technical Content Developer

Learning Solutions Design and Development
We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Developer to create high-quality learning solutions for product, engineering, partner, and customer-facing teams in a fast-paced SaaS/cloud product organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop learner-centric technical content for internal teams (engineering, product management, customer success, DevOps) and external audiences (partners, developers, end-users)
  • Transform business use cases, product features, APIs, SOPs, and technical documentation into clear, accessible learning modules with support from AI-assisted content creation tools
  • Create interactive learning modules across multiple formats: eLearning courses, microlearning units, interactive exercises, and self-paced tutorials
  • Develop assessments including scenario-based evaluations, knowledge checks, and practical quizzes

AI-Assisted Content Creation:
  • Leverage AI tools (Claude, Copilot, etc.) to enhance content development and streamline production workflows
  • Support the implementation of AI-powered features for improved learning experiences
  • Utilize generative AI for content creation assistance and basic automation tasks
  • Contribute to AI-driven content optimization initiatives under senior guidance

Technical Content Integration:
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and enablement teams to develop accurate training content aligned with product releases
  • Develop product training modules, user onboarding materials, and learning resources
  • Create hands-on exercises and practical learning activities
  • Support the design of learning content for cloud platforms, APIs, and technical tools

Learning Operations Support:
  • Support learning needs assessments and contribute to skill gap analysis projects
  • Apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) with guidance from senior team members
  • Assist with learning analytics data collection and basic reporting
  • Participate in cross-functional learning projects and collaborate effectively with team members
