SAP CO Consultant Job Overview

As a seasoned SAP CO consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and configuring financial processes within the SAP S/4HANA suite. Your expertise will be invaluable in designing and executing projects that drive business value.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Design and configure financial processes, including cost accounting, product costing, and profitability analysis.
  • Participate in implementation projects, working closely with stakeholders and team members.
  • Develop functional specifications and documents for enhancement changes or project modifications.

Key Qualifications:

  1. 12+ years of experience in SAP CO (CONTROLLING) and SAP S/4HANA.
  2. Deep understanding of finance and controlling processes, including cost center hierarchy and internal orders.
  3. Proficiency in cost accounting, product costing, and profitability analysis.
  4. Experience in designing and implementing financial processes, including AR, AP, GL, COPA, AA, and financial planning.
  5. Ability to work in an onsite/offshore model and participate in requirement gathering meetings.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Good knowledge of cost accounting, cost center hierarchy, cost center planning, and internal orders.
  • Deep understanding of finance and controlling processes in SAP S/4 and its periphery integration.
  • Experience in designing and/or implementing financial processes, including Ariba, Group Reporting, SAC Planning.
