Job Title: Senior ADAS Engineering ManagerDescription:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) engineering team, responsible for designing, developing, and integrating cutting-edge technologies into our vehicle platforms.

As a seasoned ADAS expert, you will oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to system validation. Your technical leadership will ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components, meeting or exceeding OEM expectations.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, implement best practices, and mitigate technical risks. Your strong communication skills will facilitate collaboration with OEM customers, Tier 1 suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of ADAS technologies, including sensors, cameras, radar, lidar, and perception algorithms. Your experience in automotive engineering, embedded systems, and control systems is essential, as is your ability to lead technical discussions, product integration, and system validation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of ADAS technologies, including sensors, cameras, radar, lidar, and perception algorithms
  • Hands-on experience in ADAS system design, integration, and validation
  • Proven track record of working with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in the automotive industry
  • Strong foundation in automotive engineering, embedded systems, and control systems
  • Experience leading technical discussions, product integration, and system validation with OEMs
  • Strong understanding of ADAS technologies, sensors (Camera, Radar, LiDAR), and perception algorithms
  • Experience in vehicle integration, system engineering, and E/E architecture
  • Proficiency in automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, FlexRay)
