SAP FI-CA Application Support

The primary focus of this position is to support the SAP FI-CA application by providing resolutions to incidents, service requests, and change requests within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP FI-CA module configuration, debugging, and support activities. They will also have strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

This role requires ensuring all related incidents and issues are appropriately recorded and reviewed during weekly status meetings to ensure timely resolution.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing complex requirements related to regulatory and non-regulatory requirements, resource planning, and estimating developments.

Additionally, they will need to coordinate work with the IT team and onsite-offshore teams and define objectives and development plans.

The successful candidate will also share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of work experience
  • Experience in SAP FI-CA module configuration, debugging, and support activities
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, leadership skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to research and resolve issues
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, communicate task status clearly, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • English language skills required (min B2 level)
  • German language skills is an added advantage
