Job Overview

Product Strategy Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our market-linked debentures product development and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, strategy, and leadership.

  • Assemble a high-performance team & infrastructure for the business across operations, compliance, customer support, technology needs etc. to drive business growth.
  • Business development, revenue planning and growth focus to build the lending portfolio, develop financial products, and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee the balance sheet and profitability of the business unit.
  • Develop a secured & unsecured loan book product portfolio with well-defined profitability and performance targets for each team.
  • Evaluate and ensure 100% Risk & Compliance adherence to regulatory requirements, credit assessment process, and risk management policies.
  • Implement Operational Excellence within the teams to enhance loan disbursal, collections, and credit assessment through maximum use of technology.
  • Identify business opportunities for new products, partners and channels.
