Job Title: Absence and Time Tracking Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Absence and Time Tracking expert to provide expert guidance on Workday's Absence and Time Tracking best practices.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday's Absence and Time Tracking module, with experience in configuration, implementation, and optimization.

  1. Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Absence and Time Tracking module.
  2. Provide expert guidance on Workday Absence and Time Tracking best practices.
  3. Gather business requirements, develop functional documentation, and translate requirements into Workday system configurations.
  4. Configure Absence business processes, including leave of absence, accruals, time-off plans, eligibility rules, and absence reporting.
  5. Configure Time Tracking business processes, including work schedules, time entry, time calculations, and approvals.
  6. Configure security roles, reporting, and dashboards.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of business processes.
  8. Work closely with data and integration teams to provide functional inputs, validate test scenarios, and troubleshoot issues.
  9. Conduct system testing, including preparing test cases, executing tests, and resolving defects.
  10. Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and provide documentation.

As an Absence and Time Tracking expert, you will be responsible for staying up-to-date with Workday features and recommending process improvements to increase efficiency.
