Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain business intelligence solutions using Qlikview, Tableau, SQL, Excel and Microsoft Access.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.

• Develop and implement data visualization dashboards using Power BI and Excel Power Query.

• Maintain and improve existing databases and reporting systems to ensure accurate and timely information delivery.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes through data analysis and insight generation.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in business intelligence and data analytics.

• Utilize Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft SharePoint and SAS skills as needed to support business requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent preferred.

• 5+ years of programming experience, preferably in a business intelligence or data analytics role.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and clearly.

• Ability to promote change within the department and across networks, with a customer-centric approach.
