Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to lead the development and execution of our automated testing strategy.

About the Role

  • We need a strong background in software testing, automation, and experience in implementing continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases for web applications.
  • Execute automated and manual tests to ensure application quality across functional, regression, and integration levels.
  • Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product owners to understand requirements and create test scenarios.
  • Maintain test scripts, debug failures, and ensure high reusability and maintainability.
  • Integrate automation test suites with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Provide test coverage reports, defect analysis, and root cause investigations.
  • Ensure automation best practices and contribute to QA strategy for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in test automation frameworks such as ACCELQ Web (Cloud).
  • Solid knowledge of automation principles and design methodologies.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps environments.
  • Experience in functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Knowledge of APIs and ability to automate using various tools.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Git.
