About this role:

We are recruiting for a motivated professional to lead Talent Mobility strategy and execution. This includes management of the full lifecycle of mobility, including policy design, implementation, process enhancements, and vendor strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Talent Mobility strategy and thought leadership.
  • Overall responsibility for strategy and execution of Talent Mobility, including relocation, tax, and immigration issues.
  • Advisor to the business on mobility policy, costs, immigration, tax, and relocation considerations linked to mobility strategy.
  • Counselling HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and Managers on specific Talent Mobility scenarios and policies.
  • Use data and metrics to identify trends and assess overall effectiveness of the mobility program.
  • Support global immigration program and aid employees with respect to visa filings, mobility cases, new hires, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or related field.
  • 6 years' experience in Talent Mobility.
  • Strong subject matter expertise in relocation, international tax, and immigration.
  • Strong client service ethic and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • Teamwork skills and experience working as part of a distributed team.
  • Problem-solving and critical issue management skills.
  • Experience handling sensitive confidential information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
