Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a dual role, supporting tender estimations during the pre-bid stage and preparing detailed Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for projects designed in-house. A detail-oriented engineer with strong analytical skills and attention to detail is required to excel in this position.

Prior experience in infrastructure projects is preferred. The selected candidate should have strong proficiency in reading technical drawings and GFC documents.

  • Pre-Bid Tender Estimation
  • Review and interpret tender documents, schedules, and technical specifications
  • Prepare preliminary BoQ based on schematic or tender drawings
  • Maintain and update material rates and quantity databases

Additionally, the ideal candidate should be able to work with minimal supervision and possess strong communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The following qualifications are essential for this position:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in infrastructure design-based quantity surveying
  • Strong proficiency in reading technical drawings and GFC documents
  • Familiarity with IRC/IS codes and construction practices

While prior experience in infrastructure projects is preferred, the selected candidate will be trained to meet the demands of this position.
