Chief Marine Insurance Officer

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete life cycle of insurance claims, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with insurer protocols.
- Manage complex or high-value claims as per the approvals structures in the manual/ERP.
- Develop and implement comprehensive insurance policy planning and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Serve as the authorized point of contact and escalation for all Marine Insurance and Claims related matters within the organization and with external entities.
A Master's degree in law, Risk Management, or Insurance Law is required. A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in marine insurance/claims handling is also necessary. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marine insurance policies, claim processes, and regulations.
The Lead Marine Insurance Professional will be responsible for leading the MI&C team, ensuring optimal departmental structure, delegation, and staff performance.
