Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Jira expert to deliver high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Jira and advanced knowledge of scripting languages, plugins, and data centre infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Jira workflows using script-driven development
  • Develop and integrate custom plugins for Jira using Scriptrunner, Tempo, and other tools
  • Maintain and upgrade Jira instances, including wiki upgrades and disaster recovery procedures
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
  • Evaluate and resolve issues promptly to ensure smooth Jira system functionality

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in software development, with 3-4 years relevant experience in Jira
  • Hands-on expertise with Jira workflow custom development, plugins, and data centre infrastructure
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Scriptrunner, Tempo, and other Jira plugins
  • Knowledge of data centre infrastructure and disaster recovery processes
