We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical specialist with IBM Sterling Order Management (OMS) experience to join our team.

As an IBM Sterling OMS Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation, customization, development, and support of IBM Sterling solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the implementation and customization of IBM Sterling OMS and Java-based solutions for clients.
  • Collaborating with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into system configurations and customizations.
  • Configuring and customizing IBM Sterling OMS and Java-based custom applications software to meet specific client needs.
  • Conducting system testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and functionality of IBM Sterling OMS solutions.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to IBM Sterling OMS software.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Order Management (Sterling 9.1).
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in custom database extensions, user exits, agents, and building Web Services.
  • Experience building Stored Procedures and SQL functions.
  • Experience with distributed version control systems like GIT.
  • Experience with issue tracking tools such as Jira.
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience with IBM Sterling OMS software, including configuration, customization, development, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or C++ for system customizations and integrations.
