Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns
  • Manage ad budgets of $100K–$300K+ per month
  • Utilize GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion APIs for performance tracking and optimization
  • Collaborate with content, eCommerce, and strategy teams to drive measurable growth
  • Report campaign insights and performance directly to the regional growth leadership

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads
  • Proven track record managing six-figure monthly ad spends
  • Expertise in full-funnel performance marketing and ROAS-driven strategies
  • Strong understanding of digital consumers in Indian and Southeast Asian markets
  • Fluent in English
