Job Description

As a Product Engineering Director, you will lead the development of scalable products with expertise in multiple clouds.

The ideal candidate has experience in developing data-driven and workflow-based products, leading engineering teams to create Enterprise-grade products that scale on demand and are secure.

Key responsibilities include conceptualizing products, architecting/designing, and delivering them to customers within a short timeframe. The successful candidate will also have a passion for building highly scalable and performant products.

Additional requirements include resolving technical solutions through creative thinking and approach, aligning with business goals and product non-functional requirements (NFR) like performance, reliability, scalability, usability, security, flexibility, and cost.

You will collaborate with key partners, including product managers & owners, business and engineering teams to identify and define solutions for complex business and technical requirements.

The preferred candidate will have experience in Life sciences/Commercial/Incentive Compensation domain and building data-centric products dealing with large data sets.
