Job Description:

Nestasia is seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to lead end-to-end brand positioning analysis, own brand campaigns, plan and execute 360-degree marketing strategies, and gather consumer insights to shape and communicate the company's vision and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive digital media plans for campaigns, including budgeting, projections, and growth strategies
  • Create effective brand strategies and actionables, as well as PR stories that showcase the company as a premier destination
  • Drive brand initiatives with external partners and execute campaigns
  • Evaluate and monitor campaign performance to inform future strategies
  • Communicate the brand persona and own all brand communication and positioning
  • Build and engage with the community, drawing on consumer insights
  • Develop and maintain social media presence and grow influence through influencer marketing
  • Partner with agencies and brands to integrate products and develop strategic partnerships
  • Track market trends and competitor portfolios, analyzing consumer behavior and target markets
  • Research new opportunities and white spaces for product development

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Detailed-oriented approach to work
  • Experience in brand management from media houses or TV companies is a plus point
  • Strong work ethics and calm attitude
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience managing brand campaigns
  • Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and external agencies
  • Digital media understanding, planning, and evaluation
  • Strong creative sensibilities
  • High ownership and passion for the role
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
