The role of a Network and Enterprise Cyber Security Lead involves overseeing all aspects of service delivery, including customer needs, resource planning, staffing, cost estimation, budget development and control, implementing strategies to improve service delivery, leading career development and succession management efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day operations of a team of 350+ professionals, driving operational excellence and monitoring performance metrics to assess effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop and continuously improve strategy in alignment with organizational goals, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of services, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, policies, and ESG principles.
  • Collaborate with other leads and teams to share best practices, foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in IT, preferably in network or cyber security, with leadership or management experience.
  • Deep understanding of the Network and ECS industry, including latest trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage performance, and develop talent.
  • Experience in managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering high-quality service.
  • Knowledge of operational best practices, including process improvement, quality management, and performance metrics.
  • Understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in managing change, including implementing new processes and leading teams through change.
