Job Description

We're seeking a skilled professional to spearhead the launch of our innovative SaaS products. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to successfully bring our products to market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand customer needs, pain points, and competitive landscapes.
  • Define positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that resonate with our ideal customer profiles.
  • Develop and own a robust GTM roadmap, detailing timelines, launches, stakeholders, and KPIs.
  • Cross-functional collaboration is essential to coordinate launch plans and streamline execution.
  • Plan and execute campaigns, drive sales enablement, and oversee channel strategies to create awareness and demand.
  • Performance tracking and optimization are crucial to maximize GTM effectiveness.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in GTM, product marketing, or related strategic roles, ideally in SaaS.
  • Strong strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, timely, detail-oriented, and decisive.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of rallying teams and articulating vision.
  • Deep understanding of GTM frameworks: positioning, messaging, ICPs, distribution channels, and launch tactics.
  • Experience running cross-functional launches from inception to execution.
