Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Security Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global security operations center, you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing safety and security concerns, utilizing a range of tools and sources to protect our clients' people, products, property, and brand image.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Representing our organization's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence in all aspects of your work
  • Detecting, analyzing, and alerting others to incidents that may impact our clients
  • Collaborating with company personnel to ensure the safety and security of corporate locations worldwide
  • Conducting ongoing reviews of multiple systems and sources to identify potential risks
  • Notifying and coordinating corporate response through the distribution of advisories and other communications
  • Overseeing quality control and oversight for all production, support, and staffing functions in conjunction with supervisors

To succeed in this role, you will require an Associate degree or two years of equivalent military, law enforcement, government, or corporate security experience within a security operations center. Additionally, you should have knowledge of security systems, effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to read and speak clearly in English. Ideal candidates will possess customer service skills, be client-oriented and results-driven, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires regular computer usage, occasional reaching and lifting of small objects, and frequent sitting. You will also need to be flexible and willing to work all shifts, including overtime when necessary.
