Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities Include Overseeing Entirety of Citizens Engineering and Development Efforts.

As a senior quality assurance engineer, you will oversee the entirety of citizens engineering and development efforts. You will help lead a team of highly skilled engineers tasked with ensuring the development of top-quality technical solutions.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Monitoring all stages of the solutions-development process; identifying and resolving defects to meet quality standards;

• Assisting in the design, conducting, and executing tests prior to launch/implementation to ensure solutions run smoothly and meet requirements while being cost-effective;

• Collaborating with software, network, systems, and infrastructure engineers to encourage an automated pipeline for solutions development;

• Communicating and collaborating with consumers and other engineering teams to implement continuous feedback;

• Analyzing and documenting test results and providing recommendations and solutions;

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• 5+ years of working experience in QA engineering or related fields; experience managing engineers and/or technical personnel;

• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analysis skills;

• Understanding of multiple programming languages including at least one front-end framework (Angular/React/Vue) and back-end technologies;

• Experience with UNIX or Linux and Windows operating systems;
