Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team in a long-term freelance contract. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing ServiceNow solutions, particularly in Order Management and CSM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop enhancements to existing designs and review them for improvements.
  • Implement ServiceNow OM and CSM solutions, including simple and complex order capture and orchestration, integrations with third-party tools, and collaboration with tech leads to design best-practice ServiceNow solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A strong background in ServiceNow development, with at least 6+ years of total experience and 3+ years in Order Management.
  • Good knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including CSM, ITSM, SPM, and UI Builder.
  • Proficiency in scripting APIs and Integration Hub.
  • Excellent knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and core features, including CMDB and applications.
  • Practical experience in portal management and customization, as well as Service Catalog definition and setup.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience collaborating with architects, BAs, and tech leads.
