Job Title: Technical Lead for Banking Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical lead to spearhead the implementation of our banking solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To perform thorough analysis of system requirements and develop software requirement specifications that meet industry standards.
  • To collaborate with infrastructure teams on the implementation of software systems, ensuring seamless integration and effective deployment.
  • To design, develop, and maintain high-quality software programs that meet system requirements, designs, and specifications.
  • To identify opportunities for improvement and propose modifications to existing systems or new components.
  • To evaluate systems and processes to ensure compliance with requirement specifications.
  • Responsible for creating and reviewing project documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in development skills, with expertise in Oracle OBP and OBMA products.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
