AI Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy innovative AI and machine learning solutions that address complex business challenges.

  • Design and implement AI/ML models for classification, regression, NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
  • Develop proof-of-concept AI applications to validate feasibility and business value.
  • Work with Python and popular ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
  • Preprocess and analyze large datasets using Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality and availability.
  • Deploy models using APIs, Docker, GCP, Vertex AI, or similar platforms.
  • Integrate third-party or foundation models into applications.
  • Monitor and improve the performance of deployed models in production.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and frameworks.
Required Skills & Experience:

A successful candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Good understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
Preferred Skills:

Candidates with the following skills will be preferred:

  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS/Azure.
  • Familiarity with Vertex AI, Kubeflow, or MLflow.
  • Experience with Generative AI tools like OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Working knowledge of MLOps pipelines and CI/CD for ML.
  • Basic knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices.
  • Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision projects.
