Management Information Systems Executive

We are seeking an experienced Management Information Systems (MIS) executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining management information systems, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop MIS: Create and implement effective management information systems to track business metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Generate Reports: Produce accurate and timely management reports, dashboards, and summaries using advanced tools such as Power BI and Google Data Studio.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and ensure proper data collection.
  • Analyze Data: Use large datasets to provide actionable insights and support business strategy.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
  • Process Optimization: Optimize reporting processes to enhance efficiency and automation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to deliver customized reports and ad-hoc analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-6 years of prior experience as an MIS Analyst or in a similar reporting role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, hands-on experience with Power BI and Google Data Studio, and solid understanding of database management and data reporting concepts.
  • Skillset: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
