We are hiring a Telecaller with 1 to 3 years experience for our SaaS product that streamlines fee collection for enterprises, making financial management easier.
Job Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain the product.
- Following up on leads generated via campaigns or web inquiries.
- Finding appointments and scheduling product demos for the sales team.
- Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and customer responses in CRM tools.
- Sharing product information and resolving basic queries related to features and benefits.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Confidence and clarity while speaking with clients over the phone.
- A proactive attitude with persistence in follow-ups.
- Basic understanding of SaaS products or tech-based services is an asset.
