Financial Equity Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to handle the recording and analysis of structured and exotic transactions related to equity derivatives and issuances.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure accurate documentation of all transactions.
- Analyze new products in collaboration with other departments, including Front Office and support functions.
- Develop operating procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Enhance process efficiency and robustness through strategic solutions.
- Manage performance payments resulting from equity derivatives with counterparties.
- In-depth expertise in equity derivative products and associated processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software packages is a plus.
- A high level of attention to detail and rigor in executing tasks.
