Job Title: Senior Finance Executive

 

  • Job Description:

  • Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of the General Ledger (GL) and all financial transactions by implementing robust internal controls and monitoring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

  • Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in delivering strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives that align with business objectives.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, including variance analysis, cost analysis, and profitability analysis, to support informed decision-making.

  • Partner with business leaders to drive operational efficiency and support strategic growth initiatives.

  • Develop and monitor annual budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and implement process improvements to enhance overall financial performance.

  • Support long-term financial planning and investment analysis to inform business decisions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-15 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate industry.
  • Proven expertise in fundraising, Joint Development Agreements (JDA), statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits, with strong contractor and vendor management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
