Overview

  • Deliver high-performance MEP systems.

Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) engineers play a pivotal role in the construction of buildings by designing, planning, and implementing efficient and effective MEP systems. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and installing complex mechanical systems, including HVAC, electrical power, and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Planning: 

Develop comprehensive designs for MEP systems, taking into account factors such as energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.

  • Collaboration: 

Work closely with architects, construction managers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.

  • System Management: 

Oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of equipment and components for all MEP systems.

  • Compliance: 

Ensure that all systems meet relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

  • Efficiency and Sustainability: 

Optimize systems for energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and minimal environmental impact.

  • Documentation: 

Prepare and review detailed drawings, technical specifications, and cost estimates for all MEP scope of work.

  • Problem-Solving: 

Identify and resolve any issues related to MEP systems during the design, installation, or operational phases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Knowledge:

  • A deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, power systems, and water distribution.

Project Management:

  • Ability to manage project timelines and resources related to MEP installations.

Communication:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.

Problem-Solving:

  • Aptitude for critical thinking and resolving complex technical challenges.

Attention to Detail:

  • Precision in reviewing designs and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualification and Experience

BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineer with 6 to 8 years experience, preferable in high rise building / Residential building and Town Ships.
