Energy Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Energy Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our energy management centre, ensuring efficient distribution of utilities and implementing safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Operate the energy management centre, balancing by-product gas distribution, and ensuring routine health inspection of utility pipelines.
- Implement necessary actions to ensure safety, health, and environmental excellence initiatives across all areas.
- Investigate incidents, comply with action points, and support in making action benefit plans for maintenance.
- Distribute industrial gases and utilities, ensuring uninterrupted supply, and adherence to shutdown plans.
- Mentor new entrants, supervisory staff, and contractor employees on safety standards, plant-specific hazards, and legal requirements.
- Prepare and impart training modules on energy efficiency, handling by-product gases, and industrial gas manufacturing processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Electrical, or Chemical Power Engineering.
- Certified Energy Manager from the Bureau of Energy Efficiency.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a power plant setting.
