Export Operations Specialist

Key responsibilities of this Export Coordinator role include:
- Checking daily stock levels and releasing daily invoicing plans
- Preparing pre- and post-export documents
- Coordinating with manufacturing sites for shipment movements
- Negotiating with freight forwarders for freight rates
The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling LCL and FCL shipments, complete knowledge of preparing documents under Letter of Credit and LC Clause, and proficiency in working on ERP systems like TCS ION/SAP HANA.
A successful Export Coordinator should also be able to prepare Certificate of Origin/GSP, Insurance certificate, and bank realization certificates, as well as liaise with shipping companies and Custom Broker's.
Additionally, the Export Coordinator will be responsible for preparing MIS reports and checking/closing IDPMS and EDPMS open transactions.
Requirements for this role include:
- Graduate in any field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in export coordination executive level
- Good communication skills
As an Export Coordinator at Futures and Careers, you will be responsible for coordinating with the sales team to plan shipments based on customer requirements.
