Purchasing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for purchasing the right quality at the right cost.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to sites and suppliers.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement of assigned materials, including optimizing lot size and reducing delivery lead time.
  • Create relationships with vendors through joint improvement projects and effective coordination with all sites.
  • Enhance value of products/services by making annual rate contracts and obtaining alternate products/vendors or substituting OEM's.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in construction materials.
  • 7+ years of experience in purchase, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong understanding of property market dynamics, valuation, and laws.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in real estate management software and tools.
