We're seeking a skilled and ambitious professional to lead our team focusing on Open Banking and PSD2 in Europe and the UK. This pivotal position involves guiding innovative solutions that align with regulatory frameworks and strategic objectives of banking clients.

About the Job

Key responsibilities include:

  • Interpreting and translating Open Banking regulations into actionable business insights and solutions, following up implementations such as Berlin Group NextgenPSD2.
  • Producing comprehensive traceability matrices to ensure end-to-end compliance with regulations.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to identify and document the impact of regulatory changes on systems processes and workflows.
  • Supporting internal advocacy efforts by contributing to internal communications, regulatory insights, and compliance timelines.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support deep dives, impact assessments, and detailed requirement gathering.

This dynamic role requires expertise in regulatory interpretation, impact analysis, and creating traceability matrices. You'll work closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and manage full implementation cycles.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a regulatory environment, preferably within financial services.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • Experience with PSD2, Berlin Group NextgenPSD2, and Open Banking UK is a must.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to interact confidently with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
