Job Title: Full Stack Web Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Full Stack Web Developer. As part of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack development with Ruby on Rails.
      • Proficiency in React.js (v18+) is required, including state management (Redux, Context API), component architecture, and performance optimization.
        • A strong understanding of RESTful API design and development; experience with GraphQL is an asset.
          • You should have expertise in modern frontend build tools: Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, and package management.
            • An understanding of database design and optimization using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB is essential.
              • Experience with version control using Git and collaboration platforms (GitHub, GitLab) is mandatory.
                • Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is beneficial.
                  • Experience with testing frameworks: RSpec, Minitest (backend), Jest, Cypress (frontend) is required.
                    • An understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and deployment practices (Docker, CI/CD) is advantageous.
                      • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams are crucial.
