Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Fashion Professional to join our team as an intern. The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm in managing relationships with designers and multi-designer stores while also contributing to the growth and visibility of our brand portfolio.

This role requires a balance of creativity, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have a passion for fashion, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designer & Store Management
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing designers and multi-designer stores.
  • Coordinate merchandise flow and business operations.
  • Ensure timely deliveries, product visibility, and brand positioning across partner stores.
  • Business Growth & Brand Development
  • Drive sales growth for existing brands by developing merchandising strategies.
  • Track performance and provide actionable insights to maximize sell-through.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to strengthen brand recall.
  • Onboarding & Partnerships
  • Identify and onboard new designers that align with the company's vision.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with new and existing partners.
  • Develop long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in fashion merchandising.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and a keen eye for fashion trends.
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
